Midday Music for Christian Aid at St Thomas' 12noon Tuesdays in Lent

2nd April: Richard Lane, Violin and Muriel Phillips, Piano

9th April: Sylvia Ellison, Oboe & Bassoon and Jakob Rotkoff, Piano

16th April: Nicola Sharkey, Soprano and Brian Cotterill, Piano & Organ 

Followed by Soup, Bread and Cheese Lunches in the Cobbett Room 12.45-2pm. Donations to Christian Aid. 

Stations of the Cross

Stations of the Cross, 8pm Wednesdays at St Thomas'

20th and 27th of March, 3rd, 10th and 17th April.

With the aid of pictures, we follow Christ's journey to the cross, with a short meditation and prayer at each stop along the way.

Vox Spring Concert 2019

Come and be transported to the Lands of the Midnight Sun with ‘Nordic Dreams’ the Spring Concert of Vox Farnham Chamber Choir. 

With music by Gjeilo, Grieg, Ešenvalds and Lauridsen amongst others, there will be something for everyone. 7.30, Sat 30th March, St Thomas-on-The Bourne. Y-PRAY? 3rd-5th May 2019 at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick, Derbyshire.

A conference for Women who are interested in exploring prayer creatively . The weekend starts on Friday evening and finishes after lunch on Sunday. Accommodation and all meals are provided. The programme includes worship, bible study and creative prayer, plus more light-hearted activities and an opportunity to discover what WDP is all about. Cost £125. Bridge Cafe

Farnham Café Bridge 

The first ever Café  Bridge in Farnham will be held on Monday May 13th, 2019.  This event involves participants playing bridge in six cafes and restaurants around Farnham. Prizes for the Winners and a Raffle will be held. The various venues will provide coffee or tea at the start of play and a 2-course lunch at another venue.  The cost is £30 per player and all profits will go to the Samaritans.  Ticket sales are now open and it is expected this will be a very popular event limited to 100 players.  Bookings can be made at  Lizzie Bennett will answer any questions by email at [email protected].
