Actually, St Thomas' is not on the Bourne stream but a couple of hundred feet above it. Built in 1910, the church enjoys exceptional acoustics, a fine Nicholson pipe organ, one of the few all-male choirs left this side of Kings College, Cambridge and echoes of the evocative Arts and Crafts Movement.

Some may find its internal space and ornate alter formal. All belies the warmth and acceptance which runs between us.

This is the place to try if you want a big Sunday morning communion, the monthly energy and celebration of the family service, the glory of Choral Evensong or the quiet meditation of Unevensong. Creche and Sunday Club provided for children.
